- Incoming inspection: Cell voltage, internal resistance, and capacity grading for every cell batch
- BMS testing: All protection functions verified (overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, temperature)
- Module assembly QC: Welding quality, insulation resistance, and communication protocol testing
- Aging test: 72-hour charge-discharge cycling to ensure stability
