Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from our global buyers about LiFePO4 batteries, ordering, shipping, and technical support.
Product & Technology
What is the difference between LiFePO4 and lead-acid batteries?
LiFePO4 batteries offer 3-5x longer cycle life (6000+ vs 500-1000 cycles), half the weight, higher efficiency (95%+ vs 80%), and zero maintenance. While the upfront cost is higher, the total cost of ownership over 10 years is significantly lower.
What is the cycle life of your batteries?
Our LiFePO4 batteries deliver 6000+ cycles at 80% DOD (depth of discharge). At 50% DOD, cycle life exceeds 10,000 cycles. This translates to 10-15 years of daily use in solar storage applications.
What BMS features do your batteries include?
All our batteries include a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) with: overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, short circuit protection, temperature protection, cell balancing, and communication (RS485/CAN/RS232).
Can your batteries be connected in parallel?
Yes. Most models support up to 16 units in parallel. For rack-mounted 48V modules, you can parallel up to 16 units for a 80kWh+ system. Our wall-mounted series typically supports 4-8 units parallel.
What temperature range do your batteries operate in?
Charging: 0°C to 55°C. Discharging: -20°C to 60°C. Storage: -20°C to 45°C. For cold climate applications, we offer optional self-heating BMS models that enable charging below 0°C.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Contact us via the inquiry form on our website, email, or WhatsApp. Tell us the product model, quantity, and shipping destination. We will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your deposit payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Western Union. For new customers, standard terms are 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. For regular customers, we offer more flexible terms.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard lead time is 15-30 days depending on order quantity and product specifications. Custom/OEM orders may take 30-45 days. Urgent orders can be accommodated with a surcharge.
Do you provide shipping to Africa?
Yes. We regularly ship to Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and other African countries. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms with experience in African customs clearance and logistics.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do you provide?
Standard warranty is 5 years from the date of shipment. Extended warranty up to 10 years is available for qualifying orders. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, abnormal capacity degradation (below 80% within warranty period), and BMS failures.
How does warranty claim work?
Contact us with the serial number, purchase date, and description of the issue. Our technical team will diagnose remotely. If confirmed as a warranty issue, we ship replacement parts or complete units. For large orders, we can deploy technicians on-site.
Do you provide after-sales technical support?
Yes. We provide: (1) Pre-sales system design consultation, (2) Installation manuals and video guides, (3) Remote commissioning support via video call, (4) Ongoing technical support via email/WhatsApp.
